We offer several courses that range in length from 1.5 to 3.0 hours. Examples of typical courses include the following:

Leading with Character and Competence

In this course, you will gain a deep understanding of yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and your motivations. You will learn to lead like the best in a way that is congruent with who you are, how to manage the most challenging situations, and how to work with different kinds of people—even the most difficult ones.

Building a Winning Culture

Culture is the set of processes in an organization that affects the total motivation of its people, and is the foundation upon which great companies are built. It all begins with developing a strong company purpose and values that guide your people towards fulfilling that purpose. Of course, that’s not just what you write on the wall: culture lives and breathes through the words and actions of your employees. It is designed by who you hire and by establishing what behaviors are allowed.

Inspiring Trust

Many experts agree that trust is perhaps the most important element of a successful workplace. Companies whose employees trust them tend to have a more engaged workforce and a high-efficiency work environment. On the flip side, organizations that have lost employee trust are not as successful and tend to have low productivity rates. The ability to build and maintain trust in an organization starts at the very top and then must be fostered through the rest of the company. Management must set the example and the standard for all employees to follow. Integrity at every level is crucial to building an environment of trust.

The Twelve Questions

Whether your goal is to complete a task, project, program or mission there are certain questions that need to be answered in order for you or your team to be successful. “The twelve questions” is a model that I have developed over many years of experience that will help you stay on track toward accomplishing your objectives.  In this module we will cover topics to include adequate resourcing, planning and scheduling, and risk assessment and mitigation.

Your Leadership Philosophy

In this course you will learn how to: build your leadership style and influence; lead rather than manage; set direction to ensure focus, consistency and execution; focus on the right things to build your business; and how to bring out the best in your people.

Developing More Effective Teams

Great teams are energizing and productive, delivering breakthrough results. In an effective team, everyone understands how to contribute in ways that support team outcomes that go above and beyond what any individual could accomplish alone. But teamwork isn’t easy. In this course, you will learn strategies and facilitation techniques for building great teams and creating successful team dynamics. You will develop skills that enhance communication and trust, and align team members around shared goals so they can effectively plan, communicate, execute, and deliver. Designed for managers and team leaders, this team-building training will teach you how to cultivate maximum team productivity by understanding how to navigate the stages of team development and address team challenges.
